FAQ
What is a ghost spread?
A spread that looks profitable on a screen but can't be executed. Fees eat it, the transfer is blocked, or the book is too thin. We filter them out.
What does Verified mean?
Every check passed with real data: fresh quotes, fillable size, same asset, open transfer, persistence and a realistic price. Anything less is marked Caution, with the reason.
Which exchanges do you cover?
122 exchanges across spot, perps and DEX. The exchanges page lists each with its fees and wallet status, and the status page shows which are online right now.
Do you trade for me or hold my funds?
No. ArbitrageX is a market data tool. We never hold funds or ask for trade-enabled API keys. You execute on your own accounts.
How do alerts reach me?
Telegram and browser push from Starter, Discord from Pro Desk, and signed JSON webhooks and a read-only API on VIP Quant. The trial has them all.
Can I automate on your alerts?
Yes, with webhooks on eligible plans. You are responsible for anything you automate, including what your systems do with a signal.
What happens after the trial?
7 days, full access, no card. When it ends your account drops to Free on its own. Nothing is charged.
Is the free plan live?
Free shows the top opportunities 15 minutes behind, the funding board and wallet rankings. Paid plans and the trial are real-time.
Can I lose money?
Yes. Prices move, fills slip, venues halt. Net figures are estimates, not promises.
How is net worked out?
Gross is the gap between the two best prices. Net takes off taker fees and any transfer cost, priced at your trade size against every level of both books. Hedged routes pay fees to open and to close.
Are the fees on the site what I will pay?
They are each venue's published base taker fee. Your account may pay less. In the app you can enter your own fee, and net moves to match.
Why are the public pages 15 minutes behind?
Live rows are for the trial and paid plans. Public pages use the same delayed feed as the Free plan, so what you see there has already moved on.
What does the Proof Log count?
Closed opportunities that lasted at least 30 seconds. The public log shows Verified signals only, and it never counts the peak, as nobody trades the peak.
Why is there no page for an exchange pair I want?
A pair only gets a page once the Proof Log holds enough Verified history for it to say something real. Until then there is nothing worth publishing.
