1. The service
ArbitrageX provides market data and analytics about crypto asset prices across third-party venues. It does not execute trades, hold funds, or give investment advice.
2. Accounts
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and give accurate information. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity on your account. Plans with seats may be shared only with the seats included.
You may not use the service if you are in, or a resident of, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea, Donetsk or Luhansk regions of Ukraine, or if you are named on a sanctions list. We may close such accounts.
3. Trial and plans
New accounts get a 7-day trial with no card. When it ends, the account moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe. Card plans bill monthly and renew until cancelled. Crypto plans are prepaid for 1, 3 or 12 months and do not renew. If a renewal payment fails, or a paid period ends, the account moves to the Free plan.
4. Acceptable use
- No reselling or redistributing the data without written permission.
- No scraping, reverse engineering or interfering with the service.
- No use that breaks the law or a venue's terms.
5. Funds, keys and automation
We never hold funds or ask for trade-enabled API keys. Alerts and webhooks are information only. You are responsible for anything you automate from them, including orders your own systems place, and for securing your endpoints and signing secrets.
6. No warranty
The service is provided as is. Data may be late, wrong or unavailable. Net figures are estimates. You alone decide whether to trade.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, ArbitrageX is not liable for trading losses or indirect damages. Total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.
8. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Governing law and contact details are published here before launch.
