What we collect
- Account data: email, optional name, and a salted password hash. Never your plain password.
- Product data: your filters, templates and alert rules.
- Security data: session records and short-lived rate-limit counters, which can include your IP address.
- Billing records: your plan, invoice amounts and dates. Card and wallet details stay with our payment providers, Stripe and NOWPayments.
- Affiliate applications: the details you submit on the form. Partners also give a payout address, and we record who referred each account.
What we don't collect
We never hold funds and never ask for trade-enabled API keys or wallet keys.
How we use it
To run the service, secure accounts, send transactional email and respond to you. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
One strictly necessary session cookie keeps you logged in. If you arrive through a partner link, a 30-day cookie records which partner sent you. We use no advertising cookies.
Sharing
Only with processors needed to run the service, such as hosting, email and payments, or where the law requires.
Retention and your rights
We keep account data while your account is open. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data. Contact details are published here before launch.
